If you place an order with us before 3:00pm (before 11.30am for home appliances) we are able to deliver the next working day. Charges apply, See Below.

Appliance Recycling & Installation

Put your feet up and let us do the hard work. Upon delivery we can remove and recycle your old appliance (£15.99) and install your new one (£19.99), ensuring everything is working correcly before we leave. 

2 Man Appliance Delivery

Our FREE standard appliance delivery is a 1 man delivery to your door, however you can upgrade this to a 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice, complete with a 3½ Hour Time slot and 1 hour pre-delivery call! All for only £9.99

Can’t wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & collect service? Simply place an order online as usual and select the Click & Collect point you desire.

Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items

In the rare event that an item does not arrive in perfect condition or there is an issue with the delivery, simply use our Report a Problem form and we will rectify the issue within 24 hours!

How To Apply

1. Choose your product and go to check out.
2. Choose your V12 finance option and click continue to complete an on-line application.
3. Print, sign and send off your application.
4. Once your returned documents have been received, you will be contacted and delivery will be arranged

Criteria

To apply for finance you must meet the following criteria;

• You must be over 18 years of age.
• You must be a UK resident with at least 3 years continual address history.
• You must be in full time employment, unless retired or a house person with a spouse in full time employment.
• You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
• The goods must be delivered to your home address.

How Much Can I Borrow?

When checking out, just fill out our easy online application form and you can be approved for up to £5,000 to use for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The minimum order is £250.

Is A Deposit Required?

A deposit of 10% is required and is payable by credit or debit card upon acceptance.

How Are My Monthly Payments Paid?

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of the finance agreement and subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

What Length of Repayment is Available?

You can currently choose either 24, 36 or 48 monthly repayments

Can I Pay My Agreement Off Early?

You can settle your loan agreement at any time. Simply write to V12 Retail Finance and they will calculate and send you, your settlement figure. Your settlement figure and date are calculated in line with the Consumer Credit Act.

Finance Cancellations

You can return all the items ordered on finance and the policy can then be cancelled. This will incur a 10% handling fee to cover the cost of the finance agreement.

Finance Item Replacements

By paying on finance you have the same rights to return your item under our Terms & Conditions as you would with any other normal order.

Finance Item Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a item ordered on finance but keep the rest of the order, we will refund the cost of the item by means of a cheque and the finance agreement will remain in place between you and the finance company. A 10% handling fee will be charged to cover the cost of the finance agreement.
