	Free Standard Delivery We Offer FREE Standard 2-5 day delivery on all items. These are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Only available to mainland UK customers.		Next Day Delivery If you place an order with us before 3:00pm (before 11.30am for home appliances) we are able to deliver the next working day. Charges apply, See Below.
	One Hour Time Slot! No need to wait in all day, with all non-home appliance deliveries you receive a text message (providing a valid mobile number is provided) on the morning of delivery with a one hour time window of when your goods are due to be delivered!		Sunday Delivery Available* We are able to deliver to certain postcodes on a Sunday! (Home Appliances only - £39.99 delivery charge) Simply check the available area's at the bottom of this page.
	Appliance Recycling & Installation Put your feet up and let us do the hard work. Upon delivery we can remove and recycle your old appliance (£15.99) and install your new one (£19.99), ensuring everything is working correcly before we leave.		2 Man Appliance Delivery Our FREE standard appliance delivery is a 1 man delivery to your door, however you can upgrade this to a 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice, complete with a 3.5 Hours Time slot and 1 hour pre-delivery call! All for only £9.99
	Click & Collect Can’t wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & collect service? Simply place an order online as usual and select the Click & Collect point you desire.		Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items In the rare event that an item does not arrive in perfect condition or there is an issue with the delivery, simply use our Report a Problem form and we will rectify the issue within 24 hours!

As well as our superb FREE standard 2-5 day delivery, we are able to offer Express Next (working) Day Delivery and Supa Saver Saturday delivery for your conveniance. These options are available during checkout and upon placing an order, a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm the delivey dates. We use Interlink Express, Palletways and HiWay Express for all of our deliveries.

Appliance Delivery, Installation & Recycling

Our standard FREE 2-5 delivery on appliances is a 1 man delivery to your door, please ensure someone is available to relocate the item to the desired room upon delivery. 

We offer a specialist 2 Man delivery option with all of our appliances for an extra £9.99 this service includes the following

• 2 hour delivery timeslots
• 1 hour pre-delivery telephone call 
• Positioned in your home

Our expert team of trained professionals are also able to install the item for you and make sure the item is up and running when the delivery is made. This comes an an extra cost of £19.99 and is available to select as an option on the item product page.

Upon delivery we are also able to remove & recycle your old appliance, taking it away with us to be disposed of properly. This comes at an extra cost of £15.99 and is available to select as an option on the item product page.

We are able to offer both installtion & recycling for a combined cost of £35.99 so why not put your feet up and let us do all the work?

Our 2-man delivery service, installation & recycling is provided by Hiway Express.

Click & Collect

Simply place an order online as usual and select the Click & Collect point you desire. Once the order has been placed and security checks have been passed a member of our team will contact you to let you know your item is ready for collection!

The collection points are at our stores in Leigh, Bury and our warehouse in Bolton, Greater Manchester. You can find directions to our stores by using our Store Locator. For security reasons, the address of our warehouse will be given to you by an advisor upon order completion.
